Who are the top thought leaders in the project management space?
Although the book Critical Chain of Eli Goldratt was published in 1997, I think he was (he died in 2011) one of the top thought leaders and his ideas are still thought leading in project management. His work on Critical Chain Project Management (CCPM) is thought provoking and groundbreaking. Its so logical that Im convinced that in 2 or 3 decades from now, all projects will be managed using an agile way of working (like Scrum) or CCPM or a combination of both. If its so logical and so groundbreaking, then why is it taking so long? This has to do with the fact that CCPM involves a huge paradigm shift. And paradigm shifts take time
