What are the most helpful takeaways for C-Suite executives from the?

I havent read the book; it came out two days ago. However, its likely to be pretty predictable: We spent a ton of time and money coping with the pandemic, and it would be wise to, ya know, learn from what we did We had a lot of ideas that we thought were unchangeable, and we were wrong; wed be foolish to not admit that at the outset We now know that we can change We also know that we need to change; its not optional anymore, and this will not be the last emergency of the 21st century (its likely the first major one) We need to be cautious about change, but not too cautious We need to set goals and measure outcomes Many of your employees like working from home; you need to be prepared to deal with that As you change, consider how your changes might violate laws, especially w/r/t worker safety and discrimination (and then dont do that) I dont usually swear on Quora, but sometimes Get your head out of your ass. If your employees feel that you treat them like shit, they will leave. You are not the only game in town. If you thought they were worthy of hiring, someone else will, too. Amazon is charging $16.99 on Kindle. You can buy my version, printed verbatim above, by sending me not $16.99 or even $15.99, but three easy payments of $4.99, via Paypal or Venmo.
