I was a fairly chubby guy who has managed to lose some weight around?
I had the same problem coming out of highschool. The main change you need to make is dietary.Focus on fruit and vegetables (emphasis on vegetables because your body wont try to store the sucrose as fat). The best stuff for you in terms of overall wellbeing are apples, pineapple, blueberries, grapes, brocolli, and cauliflower. Stay hydrated. Drink water, lots of water. First thing, all the time, and every day. Load up on protein too. Yogurt is probably best, but get yourself some whey powder too and scoop that onto pretty much everything you eat.Its also key to keep your metabolism up. Do cardio immedietly after your first meal of the day (eating and cardio should be the first thing you do anyway). And change it up too, do a few days of running, or cycling, or swimming. Then take a few days off and try it again.Keep up the push-ups too. Lay off the alchohol, its basically man-boob fuel.Think of your metabolism like keeping a poorly inflated balloon from hitting the ground; you gotta keep getting it back up. Eat something every two hours. Liquids digest faster than solids and fats will actually slow it down. And dont eat before bed. With C-cups you're probably looking at about 4 to 6 weeks, maybe less if you get a full 8 hours of sleep a night. Make everything here a habit though, and try to keep a streak going.Keep it up though, it'll fly by in no time
