Keeping a healthy body without overdoing the size of your muscles is easier than overdoing the size of your muscles. Well, depending on what Overdoing means to you. If you dont want to have any bulging muscle whatsoever, it may be difficult. In that case, you should focus almost entirely on cardio and mobility work. (But I dont know why anybody would be averse to having visible muscle.) But if you are worried about accidentally looking like a bodybuilder, dont worry. That isnt something that happens. It takes a long time of heavy, heavy lifting and good nutrition to look like that. It wont happen to you unless you want it to. Just set reasonable strength goals that dont push out into the extremes. Train medium-to-high-rep sets for endurance instead of constantly pushing the limits of your one-rep max.
