What should I expect in salary as a country manager for a well-funded?

If the position implies being in charge of a whole office including the unique legal, sales, technical, and personnel issues in that country, I would guess $90-140K for a 100-person company. That's if based in the US or a high cost place. Some companies would pay less for residents of a foreign country where the cost of living is low, others pay the same everywhere. Series C companies are typically bigger than that so if it's rapidly growing, or if the company has a high revenue/funding/value per person ratio, then slightly higher. If the position is more of a community manager, content manager, or customer service and sales thing, those have much lower base salaries.
