What is the best way to deal with a person you live with and has an?

The best way would be for both yourself and the person with the issue to go directly to therapy. The person with the issues needs individualized therapy but also would benefit from couples therapy as well. If the person refuses to get the help, which they need in order to heal themselves and the relationship, it might be best for you to separate for awhile. The time apart could possibly benefit both of you and also make the person aware of their actions and the hugeness detriment that its having on the relationship. If time apart doesnt work, it may be best to end the relationship. That would be best for the both of you. Anger issues can lead to toxicity in a relationship and that is very unhealthy and worthless. You deserve to be happy and be with someone who can control their attitude.
