What is C&B in human resource management?

It stands for Compensation and Benefits. This covers both cash and non-cash components one enjoys as an employee. For instance, the basic pay/ salary, allowances, bonuses and commission fall under cash components. While leaves, health insurance, option to work from home, casual/ dress-down office attire, employee engagement events (annual company outings, wellness talks, free learning sessions/ company-sponsored seminars, etc.), company-assigned phone, car plan are under non-cash.
