Is ap bio and ap physics c manageable in the same year?
There is a question you need to ask yourself:Why do you want to take these classes? If it is because you want to impress admissions officers, don't do it.If it is because they will bump your GPA up, don't do it.You'll hate yourself. If it is because you have a genuine interest in the material that these courses will cover, and you have a strong work ethic with good grades from your previous years of high school, go for it. You will make it manageable. This courseload actually looks fairly similar to mine this year. I am also a senior, and my classes this year are, in this order, AP Calculus BCAP Biology (with Lab)AP Physics B (with Lab)AP English LiteratureAP Spanish Language It is a lot of work. It's exhausting, mentally and physically, to get through my classes. People at my school think I'm crazy for it, and they're probably right. But the material interests me. My teachers are fantastic. I am in classes that I would regret not taking before I graduate. So even with all of that work, and even with four periods of AP science each day (because of lab, both are double blocked), my grades this year are high and I have no regrets about my schedule. In short, yes, it is possible to manage two AP sciences with an AP math class. You don't "need" either course. But if they interest you, take them. You will succeed if that is what you are determined to do.
