How do you manage your Chronic Fatigue Syndrome ?
I rest after work no matter what. Sometimes nap. I recently decided to drop a day of work per week. This has helped. So I work Mon tues have Wed off and work thurs and Fri. I always have weekends off. I also found a really good vitamin that helps with fatigue and my fibro. Its called truewell. I highly recommend it. I also recommend drinking lots of water.
