How do I manage gym pain?

There are two types of pain: HURT or Soreness. When you are hurt, the pain is always there and is unbearable to the point so that you need to see a doctor. However, soreness is normal. It just means that your body is growing and the muscle fibers have been torn under the stress in the gym and lactic acid is built up.So, define your gymming pain first and then now, that sorenss is normal.
