From an Employee's POV , how can a Boss?
TEMP T = trust them to carry out the task once you have given it to them. If you worry, first train, mentor and guide them so that they know everything there is to know about the task. After that, let go. E = empower them. By staying clear of the path that they are working on. If they have problems or queries, let them COME to YOU, not you go to them or summon them to see you. Spoils the mood. :( M = motivate them. They will not come to your standards of perfection the first time, but practice makes perfect. Let loose and dont sweat the little mistakes if the project or task itself does not suffer. P = praise them each step of the way. Celebrate and give credit at pitstops or halfways. If you need to criticize, use positive words like: hey, this will be even better when (not IF).. That is good! You are getting to be like a pro in this when.. I am happy with your progress.
